"We shop Ponca First! As a United Way agency and a nonprofit, we support our community as much as humanly possible. We were using a local business for our copier needs and were not very happy with the quality of service or output. SO, when we had Eli come in and leave his business card we were interested. Very interested. Unfortunately, Galaxie was NOT in Ponca City. This dilemma was quickly taken care of by being made aware of their membership in our local Chamber of Commerce along with Eli informing us of their donations (ie support) to various organizations here in Ponca City.

Galaxie Products made a tremendous deal on an awesome printer. They came and hooked it up AND MADE SURE IT WORKED before they left! When I have had questions or concerns, I email Judy and I have HELP! The printer gurus call to find out what problems I am having (and they really care J ). If they cannot fix the problem over the phone then they show up QUICKLY to get me back on track.

We have the annual babysitting package which is highly recommended—I get "free" toner, etc. Along with house calls. At an exceptionally reasonable price.

Are we happy with our new baby??? You bet! The printer works like a charm and when it acts up—I have someone who comes and fixes it immediately!
