We strive to make ordering as easy and quick as possible. Orders can be faxed in to: (620)221-2647, called in to (800)876-3469, emailed to mysupplies@gbeinc.com or submitted online at www.gbeinc.com.

Delivery

In most cases, we hand deliver supplies to our customers free of charge. We have no minimum order amount!!! In some cases, a delivery charge may be necessary for a rush or emergency order or certain large items.

Shipping

We can ship most items to most places and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote on items requiring a freight charge.

Return Policy

Galaxie is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with an item, please return it to our store or call for it to be picked up within 30 days of the original receipt for a refund. Due to limited shelf life, safety concerns and potential for fraudulent claims, we do not accept returns on the following items: open toner cartridges, hygiene and some consumable products (food, beverages, cleaning supplies and pharmaceuticals). These products will only be accepted in the event of a manufacture's defect or an error on our part. Again, Galaxie is very interested in customer satisfaction and welcomes the opportunity to discuss any return issue.
